Christopher is proud that Beavers Wealth Management has evolved into a family business. His father, Matt, joined the team in 2015 after spending over 30 years as a practicing CPA and his wife, Emma, oversees all operations, branding, and events.

To honor his grandmother, Christopher volunteers and fundraises for organizations that fight cancer. He is a retired pianist and serves on the board of The Cliburn International Piano Competition. Christopher also serves on the dean’s advisory board for Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. When he and his wife are not working, you can find them cheering on America’s Team – The Dallas Cowboys – eating outrageous ice-cream desserts and getting lost in The Happiest Place on Earth – Walt Disney World!

P.S. Personally speaking

  • Q. What are your must-have travel items?
Sound machine for sleeping, MagicBand for Disney World, Nintendo Switch for the plane.
  • Q. What is your favorite kind of trip? Why?
A dessert crawl – it’s the alternative to the pub crawl where you visit different restaurants and enjoy desserts at each one.
  • Q. How do you spend your time outside of the office?
I grew up as a classical pianist so I enjoy practicing piano with my pride-and-joy Steinway piano (whose name is Franz). I am also a runner – it’s the only way I can get away with eating all of those desserts. I’m an avid hockey fan and love rooting on my Dallas Stars!
  • Q. If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
There was no plan B for me – this career was my passion and I truly love what I do.
  • Q. What’s the one thing that might surprise others about you?
I was a Dallas Cowboys flag runner for multiple seasons, cheering on America’s Team from the sidelines.
  • Q. If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be?
At the Wilderness Lodge cabins in Disney World with Emma or on a Disney cruise in the Mediterranean.
  • Q. What’s the one thing you couldn’t live without?
    Family.
  • Q. How do you define success?
Striving for excellence in every aspect of life in hopes of leaving a positive impact on those around you.
